KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will learn to do some prep with a qualified chef and ensure all kitchens are kept clean and tidy according to current Health & Hygiene regulations.

Specific duties are:

• Washing dishes
• Chopping, cutting vegetables
• Portioning food
• Helping make canapes for our guests

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Hospitality Kitchen stewarding experience is preferred
• You will be physically fit and energetic
• You will possess a sense of urgency and initiative
• You will be committed to working across a 7-day roster, in a variety of shifts.
