Job Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Kids Club Manager to join our team. As the Kids Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Kids Club entertainment and  daily activity programs, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for our young guests.

• Manage and supervise the Kids Club team, including hiring, training, and developing staff members
• Design and implement innovative, age-appropriate activities and programs for children
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a secure environment for children
• Ensure guests receive friendly and consistent personalized service from all team members
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the Kids Club facilities and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences and cross-promote services
• Handle guest feedback and continuously improve service quality and program offerings
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant information
• Promote the Kids Club services to resorts guests.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience as a Kids Club Manager within a successful lifestyle luxury brand.
• Experience in the Maldives is advantageous, but your passion and skills are what matter most.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• Serviced oriented with an eye for details
• Proficiency in English
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
