• To assist customer for smooth running of high speed internet access in business center, guestroom, lobby, swimming pool, meeting room both wired/wireless and all outlets, notebook, mobile phone, pocket PC, PDA, video conference and etc. 
• Being an adviser and compile the knowledge for computer technology to customer and hotel. 
• Be responsible for hotel IT infrastructure 
• Be responsible for all hardware and software in the hotels 
• Be responsible for all system specifications, documentation, security and control systems for computers 
• To assist in installation, testing and smooth running of all computer hardware in the hotels 
• To plan, execute and co-coordinating with other departments the setting up of the entire computer system (hardware and software) for the hotels

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality IT operations, or IT services
• 2 to 4 years further education or equivalent, Professional Diploma, Bachelors in Computer Technology and/or Telecoms
• Have knowledge in Hospitality industry program such as OPERA, Micros, MC, Sun System, Time Attendance and Payroll, Call Accounting program is advantage
• Have prior knowledge in Operation system, network and Active directory domain
