In-Room Dining Server - Full Time, Seasonal (April to October)

As an In-Room Dining Server, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service directly to guest rooms, creating a personalized and memorable dining experience. With attention to detail and a passion for hospitality, you will ensure each guest receives timely, professional, and luxurious service in the comfort of their room.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
• Set up and present trays or tables according to hotel standards
• Ensure accuracy of orders and verify guest requests before leaving the kitchen
• Provide friendly and engaging service while interacting with guests
• Clear trays and tables from guest rooms and corridors promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest requests, special orders, and service recovery with professionalism
• Promote hotel dining options and provide recommendations when appropriate
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards
• Other duties assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous food and beverage service experience is an asset
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Serving It Right certification
