You will play a vital role in maintaining the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for the efficient delivery of supplies and linens to housekeeping staff, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are well-stocked and impeccably maintained. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.

What you will be doing:

• Transport and distribute cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to housekeeping teams.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from staff and management.
• Support the housekeeping team in preparing guest rooms for check-in, ensuring all standards of cleanliness and presentation are met.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Uphold health and safety standards in all housekeeping activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or housekeeping role is a plus.
