• Assist in daily cleaning, organizing, and maintaining guest rooms and public areas.

• Support room preparation according to brand standards, ensuring attention to detail.

• Assist in replenishing amenities, linens, and guest supplies as needed.

• Learn and apply proper use of cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house and staff service areas.

• Support laundry operations, including sorting, folding, and distribution.

• Report maintenance issues or guest requests promptly to supervisors.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and luxury service standards.

• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to deliver seamless service.

• Participate in training sessions and complete tasks assigned by supervisors.

• Currently pursuing studies in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

• Strong interest in Rooms Division and guest service

• Positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and team spirit

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
