Hotel Reservations Agent

Conveniently placed in prime location in Queenstown, making it one of the most iconic tourist destination Hotels in the World!

Novotel Queenstown Lakeside is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Reservations Agent to become part of our dynamic Reservations team. Our reservation team is operational 7 days a week including public holiday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle hotel room reservations efficiently via phone, email, and online platforms.

• Respond to guest queries, booking modifications, and special requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Maintain accurate records of all bookings in the hotel’s reservation system (OPERA).

• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support in line with brand standards.

• Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail when processing reservations.

• Manage large volumes of correspondence while maintaining service standards.

• At least 6 months' experience in a reservations, hotel front office, or customer service role.

• Proficiency with hotel booking systems such as OPERA or similar front office platforms.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Proven commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.

• Looking for someone who is flexible to work weekends and Public Holidays

• Hourly rate $30.19
