Hotel Manager

Pullman Bali Legian Beach is a beach front resort in a urban chic style, located between the exciting Kuta and Legian Beach, only 20 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

The hotel offers 378 beautiful, spacious rooms & suites. While for business purpose, ballroom and meeting rooms are available for conference up to 350 guests.

•Manage the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality

•Coordinate capital improvement projects to maintain/upgrade quality standard and property image.

•Develop, recommend, implement and manage the hotel’s annual and long term operations, capital, revenue, expense and profit goals

•Ensures optimal compliance with corporate focus audit, licenses & certification

•Manage performance issues that arise within the operation management team & Leads the operation team

•2 years Experience in a similar capacity

•Candidate with experience in executing project, renovation, and managing profiled volume F&B operation will be given preference.

•Strong understanding of hotel operations and administration to include budgeting

•Must perform well under pressure and be adaptable to changing work environments

•Must have strong leadership, communication, people development and decision making skills
