Job Description

Join our team in Visakhapatnam, India, as a Guest Service Associate - Housekeeping! You will be at the heart of our hospitality operation, taking ownership of guest rooms and creating memorable experiences through exceptional cleanliness and personalized service. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in every guest's stay while working collaboratively with a supportive team dedicated to excellence.

  • Clean and maintain all assigned guest rooms to our established standards, ensuring attention to detail in every area
  • Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to provide personalized touches that enhance their comfort and satisfaction
  • Respect guest privacy and handle all belongings with care while maintaining the highest level of professionalism
  • Organize and manage your workload efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate activities and address any concerns
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special requirements
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a positive, welcoming attitude and demonstrate empathy in all guest interactions
  • Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and support team members when needed
  • Contribute to a collaborative work environment by being reliable, punctual, and committed to continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong time management abilities
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Reliable and punctual with the flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks throughout your shift
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Problem-solving mindset with a resilient and positive approach to challenges
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of housekeeping standards, practices, and safety protocols is advantageous
