Job Description

To promote, implement, and activate Guest Experience (GX) and Brand Compliance (BC) programmes in our franchise hotels in France, serving as the on-the-ground relay for a portfolio of up to 15 VPOFs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute the GX & BC roadmap, focusing on locally driven initiatives and successful integration of new business partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for SVPs, VPs, General Managers, and hotel teams, providing support and liaising with regional and global teams to address hotel-specific issues.
  • Analyse performance of BC/GX KPIs, provide insights, and support hotels in improving key metrics, including reputation management.
  • Implement and oversee hotel team member engagement initiatives, including training and challenges to animate and educate staff.
  • Collaborate with ALL Regional Animators to maximise the use of available tools and enhance the ALL member experience.
  • Support brand passion activation and contribute to the implementation of brand experience in hotels.
  • Manage GX/BC actions for hotels entering and exiting the network.
