Job Description

Joining our dedicated Reservations team, our full time Group Reservations Executive will provide a luxury experience to our group guests. Within this role you will:

  • Liaise with the Sales department to take over the management of groups accompanying events and accommodation only groups
  • Input of all Group Blocks into Opera as requested from the Sales Department
  • Liaise direct with clients prior to arrival and meet and greets for groups
  • Work with the Reservations FIT department for support
  • Train and Develop FIT Reservations staff in groups area
  • Work with operational departments to ensure service levels are met
  • Assist to meet and exceed the group rooms budget
  • Prepare documentation including rooming lists and group resumes
  • Prepare reports for revenue and sales
  • Maintenance of database of key contacts / clients
  • Site Inspections as requested by the client

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with strong and clear communication skills
  • Experience in a service environment, ideally in a similar role
  • Passion for Excellence by endeavouring to exceed expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem solve
  • Opera PMS experience preferred
