Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Front Office Supervisor to join our dynamic hospitality team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our front office department, you'll be the driving force behind exceptional guest experiences while leading and supporting a dedicated team.   • Oversee and manage all daily front office operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and billing procedures with precision and efficiency
  • Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the front office team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance standards
  • Manage room inventory strategically, optimize occupancy rates, and analyze front office performance metrics to drive business goals
  • Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, collaborating seamlessly with other departments to ensure comprehensive guest satisfaction
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized operating procedures for front office functions while ensuring continuous improvement
  • Ensure strict compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and local UAE laws and requirements
  • Handle financial transactions accurately, manage cash operations, and maintain meticulous records with strong attention to detail
  • Schedule staff efficiently, manage resources effectively, and adapt to operational demands in a dynamic environment
  • Utilize hotel management systems and technology to streamline operations and enhance team productivity
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive team culture that encourages open communication, professional growth, and collaborative problem-solving

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to customer service excellence
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS and other hotel management systems
  • Advanced organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Solid financial acumen, including cash handling, billing procedures, and financial record management
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities and accuracy in all operational tasks
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services coordination, and front office best practices
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards, local regulations, and compliance requirements is advantageous
  • Strong decision-making abilities combined with resilience and adaptability to changing circumstances
