Job Description

  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the Front Office Department to ensure service standard are followed with friendly and engaging service.

  • Understand and implement the working knowledge of the Front Office operations, and ensure the function of all front office sections, including concierge, reservation, and cashiering.

  • Familiar with the membership management and able to maintain the coordination of all arrivals and departures of special guests (Loyalties, Dignitaries, VIPs).

  • Ensure department policies and procedures are understood by all Front Office team and observed in tasks performed.

  • Ensure strict procedures are followed for all cash/credit, cheque transactions, accounting and banking procedures, issue of keys and guest confidentiality.

  • Implement an effective communication of new and updated information regarding general hotel information, policies, and rates, as well communication related to the guest request and preference.


Qualifications

  • Hotel background with Loyalty knowledge and proven experience in a similar role, and present a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

  • Fluent in spoken English, Indonesia and any other language proficiency being highly desirable.

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and proficient in handling guest complaints and problem-solving.

  • Highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to detail. Able to work cohesively as part of a team.
