Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As the face of our establishment, you will oversee daily front office activities, manage a team of receptionists and concierge staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service.

 

  • Supervise and coordinate all front office activities, including guest check-in/check-out, guest and member relations, and concierge services.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule front office staff to ensure efficient and courteous service.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and promptness.
  • Lead the guest communication team in the call center and via online channels
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, billing, and payments.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
