Job Description

Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences in the heart of Dubai? Join our dynamic team as a Front Office Intern at our prestigious hotel in the United Arab Emirates! We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to support our front desk operations and contribute to delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Assist in welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Support the check-in and check-out processes, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide knowledgeable information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options
  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests promptly and effectively
  • Assist in managing reservations and room assignments, paying close attention to guest preferences
  • Handle guest inquiries and minor issues with empathy and a problem-solving attitude
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to appropriate departments
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Contribute to the overall guest experience by upholding our hotel's high service standards
  • Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to various tasks and schedules as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with hotel management software (training provided)
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Strong organizational skills and efficiency in handling multiple responsibilities
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
