Join our dynamic team as a Food & Beverage Team Member at our vibrant establishment, Ibis London Blackfriars. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and drinks with attention to detail and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by supporting colleagues
• Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
