- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times
- Always be assertive and attentive
- Assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of food and beverage areas.
- Support staff in serving food and drinks to guests.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Greet and interact with guests, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and restocking of supplies.
- Observe and learn standard operating procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service.
- Support operations as needed.
