What you will be doing:

Lead and oversee the daily breakfast buffet operations, ensuring a smooth, well-presented, and high-quality service that enhances the guest experience. You will coordinate team members, manage service flow, and continuously look for opportunities to elevate the offering, from presentation and variety to guest interaction and service delivery.

Support broader Food & Beverage operations as required, contributing to the overall success of the department and ensuring service standards are consistently maintained across all venues.

About you:

You’re a morning person who knows that breakfast isn’t just a meal, it’s the first impression of the day. You bring energy, positivity, and a hands-on approach to every shift, setting the tone for both your team and your guests.

You have an eye for detail and a flair for presentation, making sure the buffet always looks inviting, abundant, and ready to wow. Whether it’s a perfectly set station or a warm, genuine guest interaction, you know it’s the little things that elevate the experience.

You’re all about creating great vibes, strong teamwork, and mornings that guests actually look forward to.

Your experience and skills include:

• A strong passion for customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Previous experience in supervising or leading food and beverage operations, ideally within a buffet or high-volume environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly in presentation, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members.
• A hands-on leadership style, with the ability to motivate a team and foster a high-performing, positive culture.

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (Victoria).
• First Aid certificate (desirable).
