• Oversee service flow, staff scheduling, and coordination with the kitchen to ensure efficient and smooth operations
• Deliver excellent guest experience by maintaining Chinese dining etiquette
• Provide training on menu knowledge traditional Chinese service style, and support staff performance to maintain service excellence

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role at an upscale Chinese restaurant in a five-star hotel
• Proven leadership in managing daily restaurant operations and supervising service learns.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within the F&B department.
• Prior pre-opening experience is a strong advantage
