Outlet Manager – Pearl Outlet

About the Role

Lead Pearl Outlet as a hands-on, guest-focused Outlet Manager, driving exceptional dining experiences, strong commercial results, and a high-performing team within a luxury hotel environment.

 

What you will be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Pearl Outlet, ensuring exceptional service standards, guest satisfaction, and brand consistency.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the outlet team, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and performance excellence.

  • Drive revenue, cost control, and profitability through effective planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards, while continuously enhancing quality and guest experience.


Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • College diploma / Secondary school education or Equivalent qualifications 

  • Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage 

  • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language 

  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity 

  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint 

  • High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
