Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s F&B outlets and events
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, collaborations, and seasonal offers
• Manage social media content and online presence of all F&B outlets, including real-time coverage of evening events
• Coordinate with chefs, F&B managers, and external partners to ensure brand consistency
• Create and monitor marketing materials, including visuals, menus, and digital content
• Track performance of campaigns and prepare regular marketing reports
• Support in organizing and promoting F&B events, tastings, and partnerships

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality or F&B industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation
• Experience in campaign management, promotions, and event marketing for restaurants, bars, or banqueting
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Turkish (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an asset
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Flexibility to work in shifts, with main focus on evening hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
