We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused F&B Executive to join our team Grand Mercure Mysore in Mysuru, India. As an F&B Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of food and beverage operations across our outlets
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
- Oversee menu planning, pricing, and cost control measures to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Train, mentor, and motivate F&B staff to deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create exciting and locally-inspired menu offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in F&B operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Diploma in a related field
- Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, with a focus on local cuisine and dining preferences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for service quality and presentation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and motivation
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and HACCP principles
- Experience in menu planning, cost control, and budgeting
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving customer satisfaction
