Job Description

Manages the daily organization of the agenda of the General Manager arranges organizations, schedules appointments, arranges meetings, organize travel plans, and facilitates business meetings of communication. To handle all correspondence in the Executive Office. Maintain confidential information with high integrity.


Qualifications

  • University Graduate,
  • At least 2 years of executive assistant experience,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Fluent in English (both writing & speaking)
