Starting Rate: $27.32 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $29.98.

Job Duties Include:  

Reporting to the Event Operations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Lead, motivate, and work alongside the team to complete daily tasks and meet event deadlines.
• Plan ahead with office and clerical work to ensure smooth operations.
• Set up, maintain, and break down banquet rooms while handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety, sanitation, and service standards throughout all areas.
• Provide professional, friendly service and support additional duties as required.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Class 5 Driver’s License in good standing
• Recent Driver’s Abstract in good standing
• Previous guest service experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to carry and pull over 20 lbs.
