Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate entertainment events and programs
  • Source and negotiate with performers and entertainment vendors
  • Manage entertainment budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote events
  • Oversee event logistics and production schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations.
  • Evaluate event success and gather audience feedback
  • Maintain relationships with talent agencies and industry contacts
  • Develop new entertainment concepts and initiatives
  • Train and supervise entertainment staff and volunteers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in entertainment management, event planning, or related field
  •  Minimum 3 years of experience in entertainment or event management
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  •  Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  •  Creative mindset with attention to detail
  •  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  •  Proficiency in event management software and tools
  •  Knowledge of entertainment industry trends and regulations
  •  Experience managing budgets and contracts
  •  Leadership skills and team management experience

Additional Information

Experience is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
