As an Engineering Paint Supervisor your attentiveness, efficiency and commitment will ensure your hotel remains a safe, enjoyable workplace and travel destination.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Ensure the overall maintenance of the of the facility.
• Organizing, inventory and procurement of paint and finishing products, supplies
• Review all Daily Activity Maintenance logs
• Oversee team of painters in daily operations
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety policies 

• Previous experience in a Supervisor role an asset
• 3 years previous engineering experience in a hotel required
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications not required but helpful
• Must be able to read, write, speak English fluently
