Engineering Coordinator

As an engineering coordinator, you will plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operational of engineering department in daily basis. Its also include following up any approval from the Cluster Director of Engineering for project execution by managing schedules, resources, and communication between teams, assisting in planning, organizing, and coordinating engineering activities to meet project goals in Mercure Maldives Kooddoo resort daily operational.

Knowledge and Skills :

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is often preferred
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in engineering project coordination or a similar role within 5-Star Resorts in Maldives would be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
