Job Description

Oversee every aspect of the pre-opening phase, ensuring smooth operations setup, hiring, and training, ensuring all systems, processes, and staff are aligned with TRIBE’s identity.

Cultivate a stylish, social hub where guests feel the energy, blending Phuket’s local charm with TRIBE’s urban style.

Drive top-line growth, manage revenue strategies, and maximize profitability from day one.

Manage day-to-day operations with precision, from budgeting to ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards.

Lead the way in delivering personalized, design-conscious guest experiences that reflect TRIBE’s modern, vibrant approach

responsible for maintaining TRIBE’s unique vibe and protecting its cultural identity at all times.

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, and key partners


Qualifications

Proven experience as a General Manager in a pre-opening hotel, in a lifestyle or boutique hotel brand.

First time General Managers would be considered.

Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving revenue and profitability.

A passion for design-led, lifestyle hotels with a sharp eye for detail and style.

Hands-on leadership approach with a focus on team building, guest experience, and operational excellence.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a young, energetic team.

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
