Food & Beverage Manager

What you will be doing:

Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth and consistent service in a high-volume family resort environment

Drive guest satisfaction and dining experiences, with a strong focus on families, leisure travelers, and beachfront moments

Collaborate with Culinary and Sales teams to develop creative promotions, themed dinners, and engaging F&B experiences relevant to the Bali market

Maintain high standards of service quality, hygiene, and operational efficiency, while actively managing costs and revenue performance

Build, coach, and inspire the team to deliver warm, genuine, and personalized service

Your experience and skills include:

Proven leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations within a resort or upscale hotel, preferably in Bali or similar leisure destinations

Strong guest-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt service styles to family, couple, and group segments

Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and build strong relationships across departments

Good understanding of local market trends and guest preferences in Bali

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance creativity and operational discipline
