Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Employee Housing Manager to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee housing, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our workforce.

  • Manage and coordinate all employee housing operations, including allocations, maintenance, and tenant relations
  • Develop and implement housing policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of housing units, coordinating with  service providers
  • Handle colleagues inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth employee transitions and housing assignments
  • Conduct regular inspections of housing units to maintain quality standards
  • Implement and maintain an efficient system for inventory management of furniture and appliances
  • Stay updated on local housing regulations and ensure compliance in all housing operations

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or employee housing
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience in managing staff and contractors
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Property Management certification preferred
  • Fluency in English required;
