• Ensure smooth operation of all hotel engineering and maintenance systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, elevators, lighting, and fire safety systems.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Supervise maintenance team and coordinate with contractors when necessary.
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, equipment performance, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist in energy conservation efforts and sustainability initiatives.
• Report major breakdowns and recommend necessary upgrades or replacements.

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and handle emergency repairs.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
