Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team in İstanbul, Turkey. This key leadership role will drive our commercial performance and shape our strategic direction in the region. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance to property leadership teams, ensuring the execution of successful commercial strategies while fostering a culture of performance and collaboration.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to property teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making
  • Create compelling value propositions and brand positioning strategies
  • Oversee customer acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Manage and optimize distribution channels and revenue streams
  • Lead and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies
  • Establish and maintain key client relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Drive innovation in sales and marketing approaches, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a strong commercial background
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling value propositions, customer acquisition strategies, and brand positioning
  • In-depth understanding of sales, marketing, distribution, revenue management, and customer loyalty concepts
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market influences and their impact on supply and demand
  • Strategic planning and execution skills, with a focus on driving business growth
  • Excellent team management and development experience, with a track record of fostering high-performance cultures
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing analytics tools, and relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of Turkish language and business culture is highly advantageous
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a customer-focused mindset
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change and continuous improvement
