Job Description

We are looking for a passionate talent with former hotel Sales experience, to lead the Sales, E-commerce and Marketing operations of a five-star hotel under the Pullman brand in Budapest. This unique property is located in the heart of Budapest, right in the city center (District 6),  offering 136 rooms, a restaurant & bar, rooftop event space, gym, meeting rooms - combining lifestyle and design, for business and leisure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the Sales, E-commerce and Marketing activities of the hotel
  • Developing and implemening the topline strategy of the hotel
  • Result achievement both on quantitative and qualitative criteria  – total revenue target
  • Developing and managing:
  • -- the sales & marketing of the hotel on the domestic and international markets
  • -- marketing and social media activities
  • -- offers suitable for guests
  • -- the Sales, Marketing & Reservation team (direct reports)
  • Client  acquisition, building new partnerships, continuously nurturing existing ones
  • Key account management, regular client sales visits
  • Keeping contact with the key OTAs market managers
  • Conducting negotiations, expanding the clientele, preparing contracts
  • Representation of the hotels in business circles and at various events

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in hotel sales
  • Outstanding sales acumen, commercial mindset
  • Negotiation level English language skills (another foreign language as an advantage)
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and team management & leadership skills
  • Good management and analytical skills; problem-solving skills
  • Guest - and quality-oriented thinking
  • Dedication, professional commitment
  • Independent, responsible work
