Job Description

  • Direct and oversee the functionality and safety of the hotel which are mechanical, electrical, plumbing & heating, life and safety system, maintenance of building and kitchen equipment.

  • Oversee and develop engineering Department operating budget according to the company guidelines.

  • Manage the maintenance & renovation project.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel Industry as a Director level.
  • Experienced in a hotel renovation / PPM is preferable.
  • Strong technical competencies & managerial skills.
