Main Duties:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives, drive market expansion, and develop long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating high-value contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with our company's vision and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies prospective accounts and established goals for key account by analysing data and other statistical inform and also by conducting account interviews and preparing customer action plans.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in line with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end business development process including lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, finance) to align offerings with market needs.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, sales forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.8
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Internal Coordination
- CO-Ordination : Regular meeting with the hotel operation (Rooms Division ,Reservation And food &Beverage) have to be held to Exchange information and problem solving.
Business Planning & Budgeting:
Develop and implement strategic business plans and budgets focused on achieving key performance figures and targets from key accounts and markets.
Create actionable plans and ensure their execution within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
Education:
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
Strong understanding of the local and regional hospitality market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
