We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Business Development to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This key leadership role will drive our company's growth strategies, forge valuable partnerships, and lead our business development initiatives to new heights.

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with our organization's goals and vision
• Lead and mentor a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making
• Negotiate and oversee complex deals and contracts to maximize value for the organization
• Develop and present business cases and proposals to senior leadership and potential partners
• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business development initiatives
• Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge

• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related field, preferably in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Extensive experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and revenue growth
• Strong network of industry contacts and demonstrated ability to build and maintain key relationships
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for decision-making
• Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
• Deep understanding of the Egyptian business landscape and cultural nuances
• Forward-thinking approach with a talent for identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with C-level executives and cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional language skills are a plus

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to): 

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
