Job Description

Feasibility tasks

  • Market research and databases maintenance
  • Preparation of Business Plans
  • Preparation of Validation Documents prior to any contract signature
  • Drive internal validation process for Business Plans and Validation Documents

Development tasks

  • Support development team for the preparation pitches and presentations to owners
  • Attend meetings and presentations together with the development team members

Chief Development Officer support

  • Drive the process to organize conference and events
  • Create and animate the quarterly newsletter
  • Support for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly presentations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Masters’ from a hospitality management school
  • Deep understanding of hotel P&Ls, hotel HMAs / HFAs and hotel / real estate investment rationale
  • High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Team player; open-minded and problem solving mind-set
  • Good organization skills to help smoothen processes and avoid delays in deliverables
  • Ability to work independently, and under pressure to meet short deadlines
  • Ability to manage a wide number of stakeholders and to prioritize tasks
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
