• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Lead and develop the Conference & Events Sales team
• Oversee event planning and execution to ensure client satisfaction

• Tertiary qualifications in Business or Hospitality with sales experience or 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the C&E sales department.
• Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets.
• Experience with forecasting and budgeting principles.
