Working closely with experienced chefs, you will prepare, cook, and plate menu items to perfection, maintaining immaculate workstations and upholding the highest hygiene and safety standards. With a proactive “can-do” attitude and dedication to excellence, you will support seamless, timely in-room service and contribute to a collaborative, high-end environment where every detail enhances the guest experience and transforms each meal into an unforgettable culinary journey.
About You
You are a passionate culinary professional with a Certificate in Commercial Cookery and hands-on experience in high-end or fine dining kitchens. With a genuine love for gastronomy, you delight in crafting dishes that are precise, creative, and unforgettable, reflecting the elegance and sophistication of the Sofitel brand. Every plate you prepare is an opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests, blending artistry, skill, and refinement.
Confident, polished, and highly motivated, you thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments, maintaining impeccable hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.
