In this role, you will bring your passion, precision, and creativity to every plate, contributing to exceptional fine dining experiences that delight the senses and reflect the elegance of French hospitality. Every service is an opportunity to craft dishes with flair and sophistication, leaving a lasting impression on our guests.
Working closely with experienced chefs, you will maintain immaculate workstations, prepare and plate menu items to perfection, and support the seamless flow of service in our award-winning restaurant. With a proactive “can-do” attitude and dedication to excellence, you will develop your culinary skills, uphold Sofitel’s exacting standards, and thrive in a dynamic, high-end environment where artistry, teamwork, and attention to detail define every guest experience.
You are a passionate culinary professional with a Certificate in Commercial Cookery and hands-on experience in high-end or fine dining kitchens. With a genuine love for gastronomy, you delight in crafting dishes that are precise, creative, and unforgettable, reflecting the elegance and sophistication of the Sofitel brand. Every plate you prepare is an opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests, blending artistry, skill, and refinement.
