Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Talent Engagement 
  • Heartists onboarding & offboarding of team members based on the Accor Standards
  • Heartists Rewards & Recognition
  • Manage Employee Branding
  • Performance Management 
  • Manage Heartists benefits & facilities  
  • Updates T&C system in timely manner
  • Provides administrative support to the Cluster Talent & Culture Manager
  • Administration of Heartists Hub with departments and suppliers along with maintaining of records.
  • Liaises for all medical checks, insurance administration and Heartist wellness etc. for the team.
  • Manage the attendance system and produces monthly payroll and other related reports.
  • Manage dashboards, statistics and all key data for analysis and proactive actions.
  • Responsible for submitting all reports at pre-decided time intervals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.
  • A university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, google tools, data analysis and Paytrax, Oasys HRMS system
  • Good knowledge and practical use of UAE Labor Law
