• Maintain highest standards of security within the hotel premises. Be vigilant and react fast when situations arise
• Develop monthly duty roster and deploy/assign Security Officers to the relevant duty posts
• Ensure that all security systems function smoothly. Initiate immediate corrective action when a fault is detected 
• Assist Management, employees and guests in every way that is consistent with the protection and prevention objectives 
• Coordinate with relevant departments and government agencies on safety & security matters and during emergencies 
•  Monitor all areas of the property with particular attention to unauthorized entry and exit points 
• Keep the General/Resort Manager and Crisis Management Team informed on the latest developments
• Develop security policies and procedures for the security department and property 
• Coordinate & manage security operations and assessing performance of the entire security personnel
• Conduct different Safety & Security trainings for Security team & Resort Staffs
• Conduct internal investigations when necessary and all incidents and accident reports are completed 
• Ensure all security plans are implemented, updated, revised and tested on a regular basis
• Plan and conduct Mock Drills
• Participate in and co-ordinate the security response to emergency calls
• In Coordination with IT, keep CCTV System in sound condition
• In Coordination with Engineering Department, keep Fire Extinguishers & Hydrant in working condition
• Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree
• Certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Fire Fighting will be advantageous
• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• No criminal record
