Job Description

Summary:

As a Sales Manager for Banyan Tree Dubai & Delano Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and brand recognition across these iconic luxury hotel brands. You will manage sales efforts across both properties, ensuring they stand out in the competitive Dubai market. Your role will involve establishing strong relationships with key corporate and leisure clients, developing tailored proposals, and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation: Lead efforts to increase sales and revenue by targeting key markets, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating relationships with high-end corporate and leisure clients.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies for both Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai to ensure maximum profitability and brand alignment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and secure new business through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet revenue goals.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to help shape the sales approach and position both properties effectively in the market.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure that sales and promotional strategies align with the overall goals of both properties.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in luxury hotel sales with a strong focus on corporate and leisure segments.
  • Deep knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market and key clientele.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with high-level clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in German language is highly desirable for this role.

  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Result-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
