Job Description

As a Cluster Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) packages and services to corporate clients and business groups. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue across MICE, business groups, sports, and entertainment segments.
  • Proactively identify, develop, and convert new leads across the hotel cluster through prospecting, networking, and client outreach.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate, agency, sports, and entertainment accounts, maintaining regular and meaningful engagement.
  • Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present professional proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, site inspections, and sales calls to maximise conversion and account growth.
  • Maintain strong pre- and post-event communication to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Support the MICE and Groups Sales Team during peak periods with enquiry handling and event conversion.
  • Organise and support marketing activities such as Famtrips, site visits, ALL loyalty evenings, trade shows, and client events.
  • Represent the hotel cluster at key external networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions to build brand visibility and business connections.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to remain competitive and identify new prospects.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records, tracking all client interactions, leads, and booking pipelines accurately.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets, conversion rates, and client satisfaction goals.
  • Collaborate on ad-hoc sales projects and initiatives as assigned by the Cluster Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a role related to MICE or Corporates in the hotel industry – MICE Preferential
  • Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in the following systems desirable: Opera Cloud, Delphi FDC, and Lanyon/Cvent
  • Fluent in English - spoken & written.
