The hotel offers 243 rooms and suites from Deluxe rooms to Presidential suites, an all Day Dining restaurant, lobby bar, meeting rooms, swimming pool, gym, and spa.


Job Description

 

  • Analyze changing channel distribution models and consumer booking trends to optimize hotel and corporate pricing strategies
  • Manage BAR levels, stay restrictions, and other tactics across all distribution channels while maintaining rate integrity
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management Team to develop effective rate offers and packages for targeted customer segments
  • Monitor transient, group, and tour booking pace to determine pricing and availability controls for all reservation sources
  • Complete rooms and revenue forecasting, including unconstrained demand projections
  • Track and analyze competitive set pricing and yield strategies to predict market reactions
  • Participate in strategic planning, marketing plan development, and budgeting processes
  • Chair weekly Revenue Management Meetings and prepare necessary materials and updates

 


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Revenue Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team environment
  • Service-oriented with attention to detail
