The Island Chapter: Two Openings, One Story

We’re bringing LUURA to the beautiful island of Paros with not one, but two exceptional hotels:

Luura Paros Cliff – Opening June 2026 with 37 elegantly designed rooms, our signature restaurant Mimi Kakushi and La Cantine Beach and much more to explore.

Following a year later, with 49 more rooms and additional vibrant F&B venues that capture the spirit of the island Luura Paros Sand will open its doors.


Job Description

Your Role in the Story

As our Cluster Revenue Director, you will be at the core of optimizing commercial performance across two distinct hotels. Your focus will be on maximizing revenue streams, ensuring precise forecasting, and driving profitable strategies that balance market demand with brand positioning. From luxury suites to vibrant events and F&B offerings, you’ll craft revenue strategies that deliver growth, sustainability, and memorable guest experiences.

This role is about analytical excellence with a strategic edge: turning insights into action, while shaping pricing, distribution, and revenue practices that make LUURA a market leader.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all revenue management strategies for the cluster, ensuring alignment with overall commercial goals.
  • Connect revenue strategy with business processes across Rooms, Catering, Food & Beverage, and ancillary revenue streams.
  • Lead the development and execution of both short-term and long-term revenue strategies to optimize hotel performance and market share.
  • Produce and maintain an Annual Multi-Year Revenue Strategy Plan in collaboration with on-property leadership and regional support teams.
  • Ensure that pre-opening strategies, group pricing, and rate quotation practices are designed to capture market opportunities and drive profitable growth.
  • Establish optimal business mix for the cluster, review and validate revenue forecasts, and adjust strategies for different demand periods.
  • Oversee retail and group pricing strategies, ensuring compliance and maximizing yield.
  • Develop and manage departmental expense budgets and forecasts.
  • Maintain expertise in contractual, legal, and risk-related practices for group, transient, and events business.
  • Drive system utilization and best practices for revenue and booking platforms, upholding company policies and standards.
  • Continuously monitor competitor and market activity, providing actionable insights for pricing and positioning.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent in the revenue management team.
  • Lead, develop, and engage team members through ongoing coaching, performance development, and career planning.
  • Liaise with Ennismore Revenue, Sales, and Brand teams, ensuring alignment across all functions.
  • Partner closely with commercial leaders to ensure accurate demand forecasting and effective inventory management.
  • On occasion, engage with guests and clients, modeling professionalism and reinforcing customer-centric values within the team.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of five years in a senior revenue management role within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in pricing, distribution, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
  • Highly professional presentation and communication (oral and written) skills.
  • English fluency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and revenue management systems.
  • Warm, approachable, and attentive, with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Excited to work in a fast-moving, people-first environment.
  • Passionate about culture, art, and authentic hospitality.
  • A team player who thrives on collaboration and connection.
