Cluster Director of Revenue Management

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Cluster Director of Revenue Management to join our team. This key leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue optimization strategies across multiple properties in our portfolio.
- Lead and oversee revenue management strategies for a cluster of properties, ensuring maximum profitability and market share
- Develop and implement innovative pricing and distribution strategies to optimize revenue across all channels
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors to forecast demand and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with General Managers and Sales teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives
- Mentor and develop a team of revenue managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
- Utilize advanced analytics and revenue management systems to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency
- Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive the adoption of best practices in revenue management across the cluster
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of revenue strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all revenue-related activities
