Job Description

As a Team Leader within Club Millésime, you’ll deliver exceptional service and unforgettable experiences for our guests. You’ll inspire the team, uphold Sofitel’s high standards of luxury and professionalism, and ensure every detail, from service to presentation, reflects the elegance and excellence of our brand.

  • Deliver exceptional and personalised service to every guest, internal and external, ensuring their experience is nothing short of magnifique from start to finish.
  • Uphold the highest standards of security and confidentiality, ensuring safe and seamless cash handling and guest data protection at all times.
  • Inspire and lead the Club Millésime team to not only meet but exceed daily, monthly, and annual targets through coaching, motivation, and hands-on support.
  • Create memorable dining moments by ensuring every food and beverage service is delivered with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Collaborate effortlessly with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery across all guest touchpoints.
  • Maintain immaculate standards across all front and back of house areas, from hygiene and cleanliness to maintenance, safety, and equipment control.
  • Act as the face of Club Millésime in the absence of the Club Manager, confidently handling guest feedback and turning challenges into opportunities for delight.
  • Anticipate and action guest requests promptly, creating an environment that consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Ensure all revenue is accurately recorded and balanced daily, maintaining complete integrity in financial transactions.
  • Implement efficient systems to safeguard service equipment, manage inventory, and oversee regular stock checks and breakage reports.
  • Oversee all mise-en-place to ensure seamless readiness before guest arrival and an elevated service experience.
  • Empower ambassadors with the skills and confidence to deliver flawless service and maximise sales through engaging, guest-focused upselling techniques.
  • Maintain fully stocked bars and service areas at all times, reporting any stock discrepancies promptly.
  • Demonstrate expert product knowledge across menus and wine lists, confidently recommending pairings and signature experiences to enhance each guest’s visit

Qualifications

  • A passionate and motivated leader with an exceptional eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage or Club Lounge leadership, with a proven ability to deliver refined guest experiences.
  • Strong communicator who inspires confidence and connection with both guests and team members.
  • Impeccably presented, embodying the sophistication and elegance of the Sofitel brand at all times.
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to thrive in a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • Holds a current RSA certificate, ensuring service is delivered safely, professionally, and in line with industry standards.
