- Ensure that all equipment and perishable items are stored in its designated place and is done in the most hygienic manner/ Đảm bảo tất cả các trang thiết bị và đồ dùng dễ hỏng phải được cất giữ cẩn thận và cất ở nơi sạch sẽ.
- Prevent the use of contaminated products in any phase of food preparation and prevent colleagues who are ill or suffering from an infection from taking part in the preparation or handling of food/ Không được sử dụng các sản phảm đã hư trong bất kỳ giai đoan chế biến món ăn và không cho những nhân viên bị bệnh hoặc bị lây nhiễm từ chế biến món ăn.

- Work closely with Chief Steward in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen/ Liên kết chặt chẽ với trưởng quản lý tạp vụ để duy trì vệ sinh bếp
- Ensure that all safety, health, security and loss control policies and procedures and Government legislation are adhered to/ Đảm bảo tất cả các nhân viên bếp đều tuân theo về an toàn, sức khỏe, an ninh, chính sách và quy trình tránh thất thoát và quy chế nhà nước
- Diploma from Hospitality Management / Culinary school preferred or equivalent
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing food production & culinary operations in a hotel
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
