The 103 stylish rooms offer the perfect accommodation for both short and long stays. We believe in combining professionalism with a relaxed atmosphere in a unique location. In oktober 2025, the hotel will extend with 49 rooms. For this reason, we are looking for a motivated chef de partie to join the team.
As a Demi Chef de Partie, you support the kitchen brigade in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes within your assigned section. Working closely with the Chef de Partie (and kitchen team), you help ensure that every plate meets our quality and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and plate dishes according to the chef’s standards
Assist with mise en place before service
Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance (HACCP)
Contribute to a smooth and efficient service
Support fellow team members during busy periods
Keep your workstation and equipment clean and organized
